When to check it
If something seems broadly wrong rather than specific to one campaign or connection, for example, pages loading slowly across the board, check the status page before troubleshooting further; you may be looking at a known, already-being-addressed incident rather than something specific to your workspace.
Checking past incidents
The status page also shows historical incidents, useful if you want to confirm whether something you noticed on a specific date lines up with a known issue.
