A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is a binding legal instrument covering how Launch processes personal data on a customer’s behalf, tied to specific processing activities, subprocessors, and international transfer mechanisms.
Customers requiring a DPA ahead of the formal version should contact us and we’ll work through terms directly.
