Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free requires no card and never expires. Basic and Business need a card at signup since they're paid, per-seat subscriptions.
How does per-seat billing work?
Every member of your workspace counts as one seat. Your seat count — and your bill — updates automatically as teammates join or leave, with Stripe prorating the difference.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel Basic or Business at any time from your billing settings; changes are prorated automatically so you’re never charged twice for the same period.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Annual billing charges once a year upfront and saves 20% per seat compared to paying monthly. Both cadences include the same features for a given tier.
What happens if I outgrow the Free plan's scan cap?
You keep full access to your account and history — you just won't be able to run new scans until you upgrade. Basic and Business both remove the scan cap entirely and add unlimited launches.
