Terms of Service

v0.1 (draft) — not yet effective
This document is a working draft and is not yet in effect.

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Launch’s website or product (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you’re using the Service on behalf of an organization, you’re agreeing on that organization’s behalf.

2. The Service

Launch provides tools to discover marketing assets across connected systems ("Scan"), run automated checks against those assets before they go live ("Preflight"), and manage the approval and deployment of marketing changes ("Launches"). Specific features available depend on your plan.

3. Accounts

You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at [security@launchisago.com] if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Connected third-party systems

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, and Webflow) that you choose to connect. You’re responsible for having the right to grant Launch access to those systems. Launch is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party platforms themselves.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate applicable law; infringe on others’ intellectual property or privacy rights; introduce malicious code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ accounts; or interfere with the Service’s normal operation.

6. Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed according to the plan and terms agreed at signup. [Specific billing terms — cycle, refund policy, upgrade/downgrade handling — to be finalized with pricing.]

7. Intellectual property

Launch retains all rights to the Service, including its software, design, and branding. You retain all rights to your own content and data; you grant Launch a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.

8. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information disclosed in connection with the Service, using at least the same care it uses to protect its own confidential information.

9. Disclaimers

[Standard "as-is" disclaimer language — requires legal drafting.]

The Service is provided "as is." Launch does not guarantee that Preflight will catch every possible issue, and use of the Service does not eliminate the need for your own review and judgment before launching a campaign.

10. Limitation of liability

[Requires legal drafting — this section caps Launch’s financial exposure and needs counsel’s input on appropriate limits for an early-stage company.]

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement as set out in your order form or plan terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends, and you may request export of your data within [X days].

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email, with reasonable advance notice.

13. Governing law

[To be specified based on the entity’s incorporation jurisdiction.]
