A connection can lose health over time, for example, if a password changed on the connected system's side, or an authorization token expired.
Reconnect a system
Re-authorizing from the Systems list
- Go to Systems and find the connection showing a stale or unauthorised status.
- Click Reconnect.
- Authorize Launch again through the system's own login screen.
- Confirm the connection returns to a healthy status.
What happens while a connection is unhealthy
Scan and Preflight continue working with the last data Launch successfully read. Nothing is deleted, but discovery and checks tied to this system won't reflect anything that's changed since the connection went stale, until it's reconnected.
