When a requirement is marked N/A, Launch removes it from both the numerator and the denominator of a campaign's readiness score, rather than treating it as automatically passed or failed.
Why this matters
What would go wrong if N/A counted as a pass or a fail
If N/A requirements counted as passes, a campaign could look more ready than it actually is simply because several checks didn't apply. If they counted as fails, campaigns that legitimately don't need a given check, for example, a requirement that only applies to paid ad campaigns, would be penalised for something irrelevant to them. Excluding N/A entirely keeps the readiness score meaningful: a 100 percent readiness means every requirement that actually applies to this campaign has passed.
