Launch deliberately does not offer a way to approve multiple campaigns in a single action, even when an approver has several waiting in their queue.
Why this is a hard rule
What an approval actually claims
An approval is a specific, attributed claim: this person reviewed this campaign and judged it ready. A bulk action would let someone approve several campaigns without necessarily reviewing each one individually, which would quietly undermine what an approval is supposed to mean.
What this looks like in practice
Even if ten campaigns are sitting in your queue, each one requires its own click through to Approve, Reject, or Request changes. There's no select-all option for this specific action, even though bulk actions exist elsewhere in Launch, for example, on the Launches list for non-approval actions.
