Launch doesn't offer a way to close or verify multiple violations in a single action, even when you've selected several at once for other bulk actions.
Why this is a hard rule
Closing a violation is a specific claim: this content has actually been fixed. Verifying makes an even more specific claim: Launch itself has re-checked and confirmed the fix. Both require attention to the individual violation they apply to. A bulk action would let someone close or verify several violations without necessarily having checked each one, which would quietly undermine what those actions are supposed to mean.
