Understanding the status matrix

Every campaign in Launch moves through a defined set of statuses. Understanding the full sequence makes it easier to know what to expect next.

The main sequence

From Draft to Launched, in order

1. Draft, a confirmed campaign that hasn't yet passed preflight.
2. In preflight, actively being checked or awaiting resolution of failed requirements.
3. Awaiting Brand approval, if required.
4. Awaiting Legal approval, if required.
5. Approved, every requirement and approval is in.
6. Scheduled, committed with a future go-live date.
7. Launched, live.

Exit points

A campaign can leave the main sequence at almost any stage: it can be withdrawn back to Draft, cancelled outright, or archived once it's no longer relevant. See Status: Withdrawn, cancelled or archived.
