What the action bar shows
The action bar at the top of a launch record only ever shows actions that are actually possible given the campaign's current status.
Available actions at each status
- Draft — Edit details, run preflight, delete
- In preflight — View report, resolve requirements, re-run preflight
- Awaiting Brand or Legal approval — View only, for the owner; approve, reject, or request changes, for the approver
- Approved — Commit, schedule
- Scheduled — Withdraw, edit go-live date
- Launched — View, write debrief
- Withdrawn, cancelled, or archived — View only, or recommit to Draft where applicable
Why the bar changes as the status changes
This means the action bar itself tells you what's possible right now, rather than requiring you to remember the rules for each status separately.
