When a scheduled go-live doesn't happen
If a Scheduled campaign's go-live date passes and it hasn't transitioned to Launched, treat this as unexpected.
Retry and failure handling, still in design
Formal handling for a failed go-live transition, including automatic retries or a dedicated failure status, is still being designed. This article will be updated with clear steps once that behaviour is finalised.
What to do in the meantime
In the meantime, check the campaign's activity log for any error noted there, and contact support with the campaign's name and its scheduled go-live time.
