It's common to notice that a count on your Dashboard, for example, 4 requirements to resolve, doesn't exactly match what you see when you open Preflight directly. This is usually explained by one of two things.
Scope
Your items versus the whole workspace
The Dashboard shows items relevant to you specifically: campaigns you own, approvals assigned to you. A module's own page, like Preflight or Launches, can show a broader set, including items owned by teammates. A smaller Dashboard count than the module page total is expected.
Timing
Dashboard counts refresh on a short interval. If something changed in the last few moments, for example, a teammate just resolved a requirement, the Dashboard may briefly show a stale number until it refreshes. Reloading the Dashboard should resolve this.
When to be concerned
If a mismatch persists well after a reload, or the difference is large and doesn't correspond to a scope difference you'd expect, treat it as a bug and contact support with both screens open.
