Removing a team member doesn't delete anything they were connected to, but it does leave some things needing attention.
What needs reassignment
- Campaigns they owned need a new owner before they can move forward.
- Any approval queue item assigned specifically to them, if they were a Brand or Legal approver, needs to be reassigned to another approver.
What's preserved
The log record stays attributed to them
Their historical actions remain in Logs exactly as recorded, attributed to them by name, since log entries can never be edited or reattributed after the fact.
