If you discover or suspect a security vulnerability in Launch, report it directly rather than through general support channels, so it reaches the right team with appropriate urgency.
Report an issue
- Go to Settings, then Security.
- Click Report a security issue.
- Describe what you found, with as much specific detail as possible.
- Submit.
What makes a report actionable
Security reports are treated with priority. Include enough detail for the issue to be reproduced or verified, since vague reports take longer to investigate and act on.
