Once SSO is configured, you can enforce it, requiring every team member to sign in through your identity provider rather than a password.
Enforce SSO
- Go to Settings, then Security.
- Confirm SSO is configured and tested.
- Click Enforce SSO.
- Confirm.
What happens to existing logins
Password-based sign-in is disabled workspace-wide once enforcement is turned on. Anyone still signed in with a password session will need to sign in again through SSO the next time their session ends.
Test before you enforce
Test your SSO configuration thoroughly before enforcing it. Enforcing a misconfigured SSO setup can lock your entire team out of sign-in.
