Once Slack is connected, you can route specific event types to specific channels, instead of sending everything to one place.
Set up channel routing
Assigning a channel to each event type
- Go to Systems and open your Slack connection.
- Go to its Routing tab.
- For each event type, such as new findings, failed requirements, or approval requests, choose a destination channel.
- Save.
A split that works for most teams
A common pattern is routing approval requests to a channel your approvers already watch, and routing Scan findings to a channel your marketers use for day-to-day work.
