Not every finding represents something worth tracking. Test pages, retired campaigns, and false matches can all be dismissed instead of confirmed.
Dismiss a finding
- Go to Scan and open the finding you want to dismiss.
- Click Dismiss.
- Choose a reason: not a campaign, already retired, duplicate, or other.
- Confirm the dismissal.
What happens after
A dismissed finding is removed from your active review queue. It's kept in Scan's history in case the same pattern reappears later, but it won't keep showing up for review.
Dismissing doesn't delete anything
Dismissing a finding is not the same as deleting a live campaign or asset. It only affects what Scan tracks; it doesn't touch anything in your connected systems.
