How Launch identifies a requirement's owner
When a requirement fails, Launch tries to identify the right person to fix it, so you can use Ask owner to fix instead of tracking them down yourself.
Explicit ownership controls are still to come
Dedicated controls for explicitly assigning or reassigning requirement ownership, beyond Launch's automatic best guess, are planned but not yet available. This article will be updated with specifics once that capability ships.
In the meantime, if Launch suggests the wrong person when you use Ask owner to fix, you can choose a different recipient manually at the time you send the request.
