If a campaign is close but needs a specific fix, Request changes is usually a better fit than an outright rejection.
Request changes
Sending a change request from your queue
- Open the campaign from your approval queue.
- Click Request changes.
- Describe exactly what needs to change.
- Click Send.
How this differs from a rejection
Both send the campaign back to its owner, but Request changes frames the decision as conditional rather than final, and the owner can resubmit for the same approver's review once the specific change is made. Choose Reject when the campaign shouldn't move forward as conceived at all.
