Withdrawing a committed launch

Withdrawing is the owner's way to pull a committed campaign out of its locked state, when something needs to change before it goes live.

Withdraw a launch

1. Open the committed campaign record.
2. Click Withdraw.
3. Add a note explaining why, for the record.
4. Confirm.

What happens after

Approvals are cleared on withdrawal

The campaign returns to Draft. Any approvals it had are cleared, since the campaign may change before it's resubmitted; it will need to pass preflight and approval again before it can be recommitted.
