A campaign goes live when it moves to the Launched status. That happens only after every preflight requirement has passed (or been marked N/A) and every required approval has been granted.
What has to be true first
- Every applicable preflight requirement shows a pass.
- Brand approval is in, if the campaign requires it.
- Legal approval is in, if the campaign requires it.
- The campaign has been committed by its owner.
No overrides
If any of these is missing, the campaign cannot go live. There's no override.
After it goes live
Once a campaign is Launched, that moment, along with who approved what and when, is written to the log for that campaign. This becomes part of your permanent record and can't be edited afterward.
Going live is a status Launch reaches automatically once conditions are met. Nobody clicks a button labeled Go Live.
