A preflight is a run of the readiness checks a campaign must pass before it can go live. It's the gate between a confirmed campaign and an approved one.
What a preflight checks
A preflight evaluates every requirement that applies to a campaign: things like pricing consistency across connected systems, tracking implementation, and whether required sign-offs are in place. Each requirement returns a result: pass, fail, warning, or N/A.
When a preflight runs
Manual runs and automatic re-evaluation
You can run a preflight manually on any campaign in Draft or later. Launch also re-evaluates results automatically when something relevant changes, such as a connected system updating a price.
Why it matters
A campaign cannot go live while any required check has failed. Preflight is what makes that guarantee possible: it's the shared, consistent standard every campaign is held to, rather than a manual review that depends on someone remembering to check.
