Launch doesn't offer a control to switch your Dashboard to another role's view. What you see reflects the role you've actually been assigned.
Why this is deliberate
The risk of previewing a role you don't hold
A role switcher would let someone preview an approval queue or workspace-health view they don't actually have permission to act on, which invites confusion about what a given person can and can't do. Keeping the Dashboard tied strictly to your assigned role keeps that boundary clear.
If you have more than one role
If you hold more than one role at once, for example Marketer and Brand approver, your Dashboard reflects both, combined into one prioritized list rather than shown as separate tabs.
