If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the sign-in page without needing to contact support.
Reset your password
- Go to Launch's sign-in page.
- Click Forgot password.
- Enter your account email.
- Check your email for a reset link and follow it to set a new password.
If the reset email doesn't arrive

Passwords under SSO
If your workspace enforces SSO, your password is managed by your organization's identity provider, not by Launch, so a Launch password reset won't apply.
