Who approved what, and when. On the record.
Every scan, check, approval, exception and export is written once and never edited. When someone asks what happened, you open the record instead of the inbox.
Six fields. Enough to answer the question without asking anyone.
Every entry has the same shape, whether the actor is a team member or the system. Nothing is summarised later, because nothing can be changed later.
A record you can hand to Legal, an auditor or a new hire.
No one can edit or delete an entry, including an admin. A mistake is corrected by a new entry, and both stay visible.
By campaign, actor, action, module or date. The count links to the entries it counts.
Export any filtered view as CSV or PDF. The export itself becomes an entry, with who ran it and which filters applied.
Every entry is kept for at least two years from the day it was written. Longer retention is set per workspace.
Every other module writes here. Nothing writes over it.
One launch, followed through the product. Each module adds its entries as it works, so the record is complete without anyone keeping it.
What Legal and Security ask about the record.
No. The audit log is append only for every role. A correction is a new entry that references the original, and both remain in the record.
