Invoices: finding, downloading, and understanding one

Every invoice your workspace has been issued is available from Billing.

Find and download an invoice

1. Go to Settings, then Billing.
2. Open Invoice history.
3. Click any invoice to view or download it.

Understanding what's on it

Plan cost, seat count, and proration

Each invoice breaks down your plan cost, seat count, and any prorated charges from a mid-cycle plan change. See Proration when you change plan mid-cycle for how those specific charges are calculated.
