Deleting a workspace is one of the most consequential actions available, and it's treated with the seriousness that implies.
Before you begin
Only the Owner can delete a workspace.
What is gone
- Every campaign record, Scan finding, and brand rule.
- All connected systems and their configuration.
- Team membership and role assignments.
What is kept
Log entries are retained separately for their required minimum retention period, even after a workspace is deleted, since the audit trail's integrity doesn't depend on the workspace still being active. See How long logs are retained.
Deletion is final
Deletion cannot be undone. Launch will ask for explicit confirmation before proceeding.
