A preflight result can change even when nobody on your team touched the campaign in Launch. This happens because Preflight reflects the current state of your connected systems, not a snapshot frozen at the last time you ran it.
Common causes
Changes that trigger a re-evaluation
- Someone changed a price, page, or setting directly in a connected system.
- A connected system's own data updated on its own schedule, for example, a sync that runs overnight.
- A brand rule was edited, changing what counts as a violation for existing campaigns.
- A connection briefly lost health and then recovered, causing a re-evaluation.
What to do
Open the campaign's log to see what changed and when. If the new result is unexpected, check the specific system the requirement is tied to before assuming it's an error in Launch.
