Why a filtered list comes back empty
If the Launches list shows nothing after filtering, work through these checks before assuming something is wrong.
Four checks to isolate the filter
- Check whether you've combined filters that can't both be true at once, for example, a status and a date range that don't overlap.
- Clear one filter at a time to see which one is excluding everything.
- Confirm you're not viewing a saved view with narrower conditions than you expect.
- Check whether the campaigns you expect to see are owned by someone else and excluded by an owner filter.
An empty result isn't an error
An empty result is a valid, correct answer when nothing matches. It's not itself an error.
