What your workspace looks like on day one (and why it's empty)

Last reviewed Sep 6, 2026

When you first open Launch, most modules will look empty. This is expected. Launch doesn't come preloaded with sample data, and it can't show you campaigns it doesn't know about yet.

Why it's empty

Scan needs at least one connected system before it can find anything. Preflight has nothing to check until a campaign exists. Logs only records actions once your team starts taking them.

What fills up first

  1. Systems, as soon as you connect your first platform.
  2. Scan findings, once your first scan completes.
  3. Launches, as you confirm findings into campaign records.
  4. Logs, from the moment anyone in your workspace takes an action.

Why the Dashboard stays quiet longest

Dashboard will look sparse until there's activity to surface. That changes quickly once your team starts working through the first-run steps.
