Launch sits alongside your existing marketing tools, not in place of them. You connect the systems your team already runs, and Launch reads from them to build its picture of what's live and what needs checking.
What Launch connects to
In the Systems module, you can connect platforms such as your CRM, ad accounts, analytics, and chat tools. Each connected system feeds two things:
- Scan, which uses the connection to discover campaigns and assets.
- Preflight, which uses the connection to check things like pricing consistency and tracking.
You don't have to connect everything on day one
Start with the systems that matter most for your first campaign. You can add more connections later as it makes sense for your team. Every connection you add makes Scan's discovery and Preflight's checks more complete, but Launch is useful with a partial set of connections too.
Where your data stays
Launch reads from your connected systems; it doesn't take them over. Your CRM stays your system of record for contacts, your CMS stays your system of record for content. Launch's job is to watch across all of them and flag what's inconsistent or unapproved.
Who can connect a system
Only Owners and Admins can connect or disconnect a system.
